Do you have music books that have a hard, straight binding that make them difficult to stay open on a music stand or table? Take them to Fed Ex or Staples and for 5 or 6 bucks they will cut them apart and reassemble them with a nice spiral binding that makes them easy to use. They will lay flat, fold over, and stay open on a music stand with no hassle. I’ve done this many times with the “Beatles Complete Chord Songbook” which is, by the way, the definitive collection of The Beatles original music all in the correct keys with the correct chords.
